What to include

  • The email address of your Lifty account.
  • What you were doing and what happened instead. Your workspace status helps a lot: run scripts/lifty status, or ask Lifty in your AI app for it.
  • For Slack issues: the name of the channel Lifty should post in.

Quick fixes

Lifty in your AI app

Use the connector setup guide for the connection URL, account requirements, and sign-in steps. If connecting fails, tell us which AI app you use and the error shown. Do not send passwords, API keys, or access tokens.

Lifty stopped posting to Slack

Check the app is still in the channel (invite it again with /invite @Lifty) and send a test from Notifications in your Lifty dashboard. If Slack reports the connection as expired, reconnect it from the same page.

HubSpot is out of sync

Your workspace status shows the last sync and any connection error. Reconnect with scripts/lifty connect hubspot, or ask Lifty in your AI app to reconnect HubSpot. Records sync mapped to your fields.

Change who Lifty targets or how it writes

Ask Lifty in your coding agent or AI app, for example “Skip companies under 100 people.” From the CLI, use scripts/lifty get icp and scripts/lifty update icp.

Pause outreach

Contact support to pause your workspace. Removing the Slack app or the local skill does not pause hosted email or LinkedIn outreach.

Remove Lifty

Remove the Lifty app from your Slack workspace to stop notifications immediately. scripts/lifty uninstall removes the skill from your coding agent; in an AI app, remove the Lifty connector from its settings.

Delete your data

To delete your workspace and its data, email us and we will confirm within 2 business days.

Privacy and data requests

Requests to access, export or delete data, and removal requests from people who received an outreach message, go to the same address. See the privacy policy for what we store and how long we keep it.
