Your agreement with us

Use Lifty only if you are authorized to act for your organization. These terms apply to your use of the service. A separately agreed order or services agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms. Contact us before using the service if you do not accept these terms.

Accounts and workspace access

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and give workspace access only to authorized people. You are responsible for the accounts, data, and integrations you connect and for activity you authorize. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Service, pricing, and free trial

Lifty is a paid product with a free trial. Connecting Slack has no additional Lifty integration charge. Your order or trial offer defines the trial duration, included features, usage limits, price, billing schedule, renewal, cancellation, and any refund terms. These terms do not establish a new price or authorize a charge. Third-party services may charge separately.

Responsible use

Use the service for lawful business purposes and follow the rules of Slack and every connected provider. You must have the rights and permissions needed to supply data and contact recipients. Honor opt-outs and suppression requests.

  • Do not send unlawful spam, impersonate others, or use misleading sender identities.
  • Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or use accounts without authorization.
  • Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or attempt to access another workspace's data.

Automation and AI output

Lifty can research prospects, generate drafts, and perform actions according to your workspace configuration. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review the configuration and any output that requires human judgment before relying on it. You remain responsible for the targeting, communications, and actions you authorize. Lifty does not guarantee meetings, revenue, deliverability, or accuracy of third-party data.

Your data and connected services

You retain your rights in data you provide. You authorize us to process it as needed to deliver and support the configured service. Our privacy policy explains data collection, sharing, retention, and access or deletion requests. Third-party services operate under their own terms and may change availability or permissions.

Disconnecting and ending service

You can remove Lifty from Slack through Slack's app management controls. Uninstalling the local CLI or skill does not remove the Slack app or cancel hosted service. Removing the Slack app does not cancel a paid Lifty agreement, stop all configured outreach, or automatically delete Lifty records. Contact support to arrange cancellation, pause hosted activity, or request deletion, subject to your agreed commercial terms.

Service availability and suspension

Availability depends in part on hosting and connected providers. We may restrict affected access or activity to address abuse, security incidents, or violations of these terms. Support can help clarify a restriction and the steps needed to restore permitted use. Any separately agreed service levels remain governed by your agreement.

Updates and questions

We will publish updates on this page and identify material changes. Updated terms do not override a separately agreed contract. Contact us about billing, cancellation, security, or any concern at juan@liftleadershipgroup.com. See our support page for installation and troubleshooting help.
